New World Development (00017)'s North Point Royal Plaza project launched a second round of sales on Wednesday (17th) after the first round of sales was sold out, offering 88 units. The developer revealed that the project has currently received 7,900 subscription tickets, which is oversubscribed by more than 88 times, and the market response is enthusiastic. To meet the needs of buyers, the developer today opened a new 2-bedroom unmodified show unit for prospective buyers to visit.

The second round of sales was enthusiastic and more units may be launched

New World DevelopmentDirector of Sales and Marketing (Special Projects) Department, Ms Ho Ka-yan, said that the second round of sales of 88 units has attracted 7,900 subscription tickets, which is oversubscribed by more than 88 times. She pointed out that if the sales situation is ideal, she would not rule out launching more units, and revealed that the project will be launched gradually in the future and there is room for price increases. In the first round of sales, the project recorded 20 groups of large buyers, among which at least one group of large buyers was interested in purchasing the unit again, showing the market's confidence in the project. In addition, more than 70% of buyers choose the instant payment method, reflecting that there is ample capital in the market.

Ho Ka-yan went on to say that the first round of sales at North Point Royal Plaza was “sold out in one quarter”, attracting many local and overseas investors who sublet to buy. She described the project as the “light of hope” in the property market, indicating that market demand is strong and the property market is rising steadily.

The new show unit has two bedrooms and is both practical and functional

The new show unit opened by New World today is modeled after Room B3 on the 18th floor. It has a saleable area of 509 square feet and is divided into two bedrooms with a storage room. The unit is practically designed with an open kitchen equipped with high-end appliances such as a steam oven and a built-in dishwasher. The discounted price is HK$7.532 million, or only HK$16,888 per square foot.
