The first batch of 63 units had an average discounted price of HK$17,388 per square foot, and the lowest price per square foot even dropped below HK$16,000 to HK$15,591. The entry fee was as low as HK$4.0995 million, and it is set to become the focus of young home buyers.

The project’s first price list covers 37 one-bedroom and 26 two-bedroom units, with a saleable area of 258 to 349 square feet, accurately targeting first-time homebuyers. Han Jiahui, director of Heng Yip Property Agency, emphasized that the current asking price was about 3% lower than expected, using the "South Station Happy Price" strategy to seize the market. It is worth noting that the first batch of pricing is about 5% lower than the current second-hand housing estates in the same district, and the price competitiveness is significant.
