This plan not only protects your home contents, but also provides legal liability protection for you and your loved ones; and when you are away from home, your personal belongings can be protected anytime and anywhere.
Program Features
- Legal liability protection: Maximum total compensation up to HK$$10,000,000, including liability of landlord, tenant, occupant or pet owner
- Home and personal belongings protection: Maximum total compensation up to HK$$1,250,000
- Temporary housing protection: Damage or loss caused during relocation, with a maximum total compensation of up to HK$$1,250,000
- Accidental protection during renovation period: Damage or loss caused during renovation period, with maximum compensation up to HK$$100,000
- Accidental Temporary Accommodation Protection: If your residence is damaged due to an accident and you need to temporarily live elsewhere, the maximum compensation for rental expenses is HK$$50,000
- Debris removal cost protection: Maximum compensation up to HK$$5,000
- Home Burglary Protection: Replacement of locks and keys due to home burglary, maximum compensation is HK$$5,000
- Frozen food spoilage protection: Maximum compensation up to HK$$3,000
- Home emergency assistance service: Maximum compensation up to HK$$500
- Free global personal property protection: The maximum compensation for loss of personal documents and cash loss due to robbery is HK$$3,000, and the maximum compensation for credit card fraud is HK$$10,000
Main exclusions
Unexplained losses, illegal construction, mechanical failure, natural loss, war, terrorist activities, nuclear radiation, pollution, etc.

This insurance plan is a product of Zurich and not China CITIC Bank International Limited. Zurich is not an associate or subsidiary of China CITIC Bank International Limited. China CITIC Bank International Limited is registered under the Insurance Ordinance (Chapter 41 of the Laws of Hong Kong) as an appointed licensed insurance agency of Zurich for the distribution of general insurance products in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
In respect of an eligible dispute (as defined in the Terms of Reference for the Financial Dispute Resolution Centre in relation to the Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme) arising between China CITIC Bank International Limited and customers out of the selling process or processing of the related transaction, China CITIC Bank International Limited is required to enter into a Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme process with the customers; however any dispute over the contractual terms of the insurance products should be resolved directly between Zurich Insurance Company Limited and the customers.
