The Hong Kong Housing Society (HKHS) recently announced the sales arrangements for its subsidized sale housing projects "The Summit" and "The Summit". Both projects are priced at 70% off the market price.Applications will be accepted from April 1, 2025 until 7pm on April 14. The following will provide a detailed introduction to the project overview, application qualifications, income and asset limits, and precautions to help interested applicants prepare.

Green meter to white meter ratio: Maintain a ratio of 4:6 (green table 40%, white table 60%).
Income and asset limits:
Families of two or more: The maximum monthly income is HK$60,000 and the maximum assets is HK$1.23 million.
One-person applicant: The maximum monthly income is HK$30,000 and the maximum assets is HK$615,000.
Green Form Applicants: There is no income and asset limit. You must be a public housing resident or hold a valid "Green Form Eligibility Certificate".
Priority apartment selection:
Residents affected by reconstruction: Residents of Phase 2 of Kwun Tong Garden Building and Phase 3 of Ming Wah Building in Shau Kei Wan enjoy priority.
"Elderly Families" and "Newborn Families" Project: Each project reserves 40% quotas for eligible families (the elderly must be 60 years old or above, or the family has a newborn born after October 25, 2023).
General Applicants: Among the remaining units, 20% quotas are allocated to one-person applicants (10% each for Green Form and White Form).
Notes and Visiting Information
Differences in building technology"Junran" uses MiC technology and has more structural restrictions; "Juran" is a traditional building with more room for modification.
Show Flat: Located at the Housing Society’s Cheung Sha Wan Office (303 Cheung Sha Wan Road, Kowloon), it is open for visits from now until April 14, no appointment required.

Renovation restrictions
Jun Ran YinMiC Construction LawThe structure (such as walls and floors) cannot be changed, but the center island can be removed.
The Housing Society units come with basic decoration and are not “bare-bond buildings”; Ju Ran has no restrictions on structural changes.

Application strategy
Green form applicants do not need to undergo asset review and will be given priority; white form applicants must strictly comply with income and asset restrictions.

Precautions
Before filling in the online application, applicants should read the Application Notes for White Form Applicants (hereinafter referred to as "【Application Notes】」).
Online application is only available to the following persons: Private housing residents; and Family members of residents of rental estates managed by the Hong Kong Housing Society (“HKHS”) or public rental housing (“PRH”) under the Hong Kong Housing Authority (“HA”) or any subsidised housing projects/schemes.
