Transportation
1. MTR
The Immigration Tower is located near Wan Chai Station, about 5-8 minutes' walk away, which is the most convenient means of transportation.
- Arrival at the station: Wan Chai Station (Island Line)
- exit:
- use A5 Exit(Towards Gloucester Road).
- After exiting the station, walk eastwards along Gloucester Road, passing Wan Chai Government Building, and you will see the Immigration Building in about 5 minutes.
- Walking route:
- After exiting A5, turn right (east) along Gloucester Road.
- Passing the Revenue Tower and Wan Chai Government Building, the Immigration Tower is located at the junction of Gloucester Road and Luard Road, with the entrance on the left.
2. Bus
Many bus routes pass through Wan Chai, stopping at Wan Chai Station, Gloucester Road or near the Immigration Tower.
- Common bus routes:
- Hong Kong Island:2, 2A, 5B, 6, 10, 11, 15, 23, 25, 37A, 38, 42, etc.
- Cross Harbour Bus:101,104,109,111,113,115,182,601,603,619,etc.
- New Territories or Kowloon: Select according to the starting point, such as 960, 961, 968, etc.
- Alighting point:
- Immigration Tower or Wan Chai Station (Gloucester Road).
- After getting off the bus, walk along Gloucester Road for about 2-5 minutes to arrive.

3. Tram
If you are coming from other places in Hong Kong Island, you can take the tram to Wan Chai.

4. Driving or taking a taxi

- There is no public car park at the Immigration Tower. We recommend parking at nearby shopping malls or car parks, such as Pacific Place (Admiralty, about 10 minutes' walk) or Hopewell Centre (Wan Chai, about 5 minutes' walk).
- Hopewell Centre car park charges approximately HK$$30-40 per hour (subject to actual charges).
- Taxi:
- It takes about 5-10 minutes by taxi from Central or Causeway Bay, and the fare is about HK$$30-50 (depending on traffic conditions).
- Just tell the driver "Wan Chai Immigration Tower" or "7 Gloucester Road".
- Notice: Gloucester Road is busier during rush hour, so it is recommended to allow time.
5. Walking (from nearby locations)
- From Admiralty: Walk east along Gloucester Road for about 10-15 minutes.
- From Causeway Bay: Walk west along Gloucester Road or Hennessy Road for about 15 minutes.
- From Wan Chai Pier: Follow Conference Drive to Gloucester Road, about 5-7 minutes.
Enter the Immigration Tower
- Building Entrance: Located on Gloucester Road, the entrance is marked with "Immigration Tower".
- Security Check: Entry to the building requires security checks and you may be required to show your identification document (such as a Hong Kong identity card) and register.

- To the 48th floor: Take the high-rise elevator from the lobby (check the elevator zones, some elevators may only go to certain floors).
- There is usually a sign or information desk in the lobby directing you to the Water Supplies Department.
- Water Supplies Department:
- Located on the 48th floor, follow the signs to the service counter or reception upon arrival.
- Office hours: generally 9:00-17:00, Monday to Friday (except public holidays, it is recommended to confirm in advance).
