Program Overview
Domestic Employer Protection Plan (“the Plan”) is underwritten by Chubb Insurance Hong Kong Limited.
This plan includes two options: Basic and Comprehensive Protection Plan, both of which cover the hospitalization and surgical expenses required for foreign domestic workers due to accidental injuries or illnesses, repatriation expenses, and cover the employer's legal liabilities under the Employees' Compensation Ordinance. In addition, the comprehensive protection plan provides more comprehensive protection including outpatient expenses, protection for hiring new domestic helpers and temporary domestic helper allowance protection.
The program helps employers protect themselves and their foreign domestic employees by ensuring they have the support they need when the unexpected happens.
